  1. Hmm, “more volatile”? Regarding job hopping I’ve certainly been judged in countless interviews since I on average stayed on each job for two years. There are actually employers who view this as semi-leprosy. As if leaving several jobs after two years is so horrible. Two years is a long enough time period to assess if you’ve arrived at a brick wall or a glass ceiling. Life is too short to be a low paid mannequin.
