I read somewhere there was one boss that threatened to fire anyone that changed the office temperature and another that asked employees to yelp like dogs or they wouldn't get their paychecks.

People say i am bossy. But i have a reason to be one if that staff is not an asset in my company. The work has to be done right and must not jeopardize my company. Being bossy to minimise damage is better than to be popular. Being bossy for a reason is my principal as an employer. But those who has been working under me for some time would know how i work. I will respect them if they respect their work. Being a boss ain’t easy….. not as easy as gossiping about the boss. Put them in the boss’s shoes and then they would know why we do what we do. But i am aware that there are some actual empty headed bosses acting like they are smart…. :)
