All the email above are fine but you know there are occasions, where something has to be said if not for yourself but for the colleagues left behind. Too many times, it feel like these articles are written by managers who don’t want to hear the harsh truth, that some of these managers couldn’t manage their way out wet paper bag.
These articles always say “don’t burn your bridges”.. What bridge are you trying to save or cling on to after a “CORPORATION” lets you go because they found someone in India willing to do your job for 1/5 the cost and they decided that CEO’s bonus is more important than you the worker being able to pay your bills. All the MNC have screwed North American worker to more than the law allows.
They try to screw you at every chance they get and average employee is not knowledgeable enough in legal lingo to understand that they are getting the shaft or have deep enough pockets to keep few lairs on retainer to guard them or warn them of anal probing they are being asked to accept.
Today management theme seem to be Manager by Fear. There is no time like present to tell management how you feel, specially if you are being let go.
This is really a great blog.

Good Samples… Thank you, If You can please suggest the few more Subject Line (Title Name),What could be the best.
Good question! As suggested always try to make it personal and not just something bland like “my last email” ..
Suggested Subject lines:
Farewell Friends! (formal but warm – send to co workers)
4 years and 45 days later (The years you had been with this company -something interesting that makes your coworkers look twice
Till we meet again…
Cheers to an awesome workplace!
For the manager:
Thank you for being a great boss! (hoping he was..)
As I bid adieu to work today…
