    i appreciate comments from all of you but i would want to let all of u know that learning skills require a lot of time and money. its better to compete within your own play field. this is only possible if we know that where do our strengths lie. we work in organizations but never realize wht we are good at.once we understand our distinctive capabilities we can develop them and strengthen ourselves in those departments to compete in the market. folowing the previously discussed method of learning new skills, can be very time consuming and working on our strengths is comparitively easier and less time consuming.knowing your abilities is at times very difficult.but now its been made easyy for all of us……………….
