The Summer Olympics are approaching, but the competition is already in full swing — in the workplace. According to a new OfficeTeam survey, nearly one-third (31 percent) of managers believe employees are more competitive with their coworkers than they were 10 years ago. In addition, two-thirds (66 percent) of employees feel their office is competitive, and 43 percent would leave if it was too competitive.
